Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, buyer’s remorse, or changes of mind. Cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we will make it right.
Size Guide
Please review the size guide provided on each product page before placing your order. Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections.
If you are between sizes, we recommend comparing the measurements with a favorite item you already own to ensure the best fit.
Minor measurement variations of up to 1–2 inches may occur due to the manufacturing process.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Include the following information:

Clear photos of the item, the damage/defect, and packaging
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not considered lost, and customers may need to contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Order Issues & Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can review and resolve the situation.
Filing a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us may delay the resolution process, as payment providers require documentation and investigation before a case can be closed.
